Submitting Proposals
This guide covers the end-to-end flow for receiving RFP invitations from projects and submitting your market making proposals.
Prerequisites
Before you can receive RFPs, ensure you have:
- Telegram Bot Connected — Required for receiving invitation notifications. See Telegram Integration to set up your bot.
- Market Maker Profile — Your firm must be registered in Blocksight's network.
Receiving RFP Invitations
When a project invites you to bid on an RFP, you'll receive a notification via your connected Telegram bot containing:
- Project name
- RFP identifier
- Response deadline
- Secure invitation link
- One-time access password
Accessing the Portal
- Click the invitation link from your Telegram notification
- Enter the one-time password provided
- You now have access to the RFP details and can submit your proposal
The password authenticates all your sessions for this specific RFP.
NDA Workflow
Some projects require an NDA before revealing confidential details:
- Download NDA — Available immediately upon portal access
- Review & Sign — Complete the agreement with your legal team
- Confirm Acceptance — Acknowledge in the portal to unlock full RFP details
Until the project approves your NDA, you'll only see limited project information.
Submitting Your Proposal
Once you have full access:
- Review the project's requirements and the RFP brief
- Upload your proposal documents (pitch deck, proposed terms, KPI commitments, track record, etc.)
- Add an optional message for the project team
- Submit before the response deadline
You can attach multiple files — the project reviews your uploaded proposal directly.
After Submission
Your proposal moves through these statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Submitted | Your proposal has been received and is under review |
| Awarded | You've been selected |
| Rejected | Proposal was not selected |
| Withdrawn | You withdrew this proposal |
You'll receive Telegram notifications for status changes.
Editing Proposals
You can revise your proposal anytime before the deadline:
- Access the portal with your original password
- Make your changes
- Resubmit to create a new version
Each version is tracked — the project always sees your latest submission.
Tips
- Set up Telegram first — You'll miss invitations without it
- Submit early — Avoid last-minute issues before the deadline
- Monitor notifications — Stay responsive to project follow-ups
